Troubleshooting

If you are having problems uploading images then the most likely causes are:

• The file size of the image is too large.
  • If your image files are large, fix them by changing the dimensions of the image using Preview for Mac computers and Paint or another external photo editor for PC’s
• Your connection is slow.
• If the alignment of images is incorrect, make sure the images follow the dimensions guidelines provided.

To make sure you have a good connection to the server, you can try clearing some of your temporary internet files.
