To prepare for their future careers, CCTers actively seek out opportunities to connect with and learn from the Georgetown community and beyond. Even after graduation, alumni continue to find their CCT and Hoya community to be a powerful network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>CCT students prepare using a variety of resources right here on campus!<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"expandable-block wp-block-gu-expand-content \"><h3 class=\"expand-control\"><a href=\"#\" aria-expanded=\"false\" data-toggle=\"collapse\"><span class=\"fa fa-chevron-up\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"fa fa-chevron-down\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span>Meet CCT Alumni Sessions<\/a><\/h3><div class=\"expand-content collapse\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These sessions are held several times a semester, giving CCT students the opportunity to meet alumni across a variety of different career trajectories.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"expandable-block wp-block-gu-expand-content \"><h3 class=\"expand-control\"><a href=\"#\" aria-expanded=\"false\" data-toggle=\"collapse\"><span class=\"fa fa-chevron-up\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"fa fa-chevron-down\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span>Hoya Gateway<\/a><\/h3><div class=\"expand-content collapse\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hoyagateway.georgetown.edu\/page\/about-hoya-gateway?utm_source=SilverpopMailing&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_campaign=Test%20-%20GradGov%2011.27.17&amp;utm_content=\">Hoya Gateway<\/a> is an online platform that matches current students to CCT alumni who volunter advising time and career expertise. Get matched with an alumni mentor based on your specific interests and career goals.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"expandable-block wp-block-gu-expand-content \"><h3 class=\"expand-control\"><a href=\"#\" aria-expanded=\"false\" data-toggle=\"collapse\"><span class=\"fa fa-chevron-up\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"fa fa-chevron-down\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span>Graduate Career Center<\/a><\/h3><div class=\"expand-content collapse\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/gradcareer.georgetown.edu\/#_ga=2.161122365.1063467635.1609804626-870574555.1605795382\">Graduate Career Center<\/a> has a repository of resources including career coaching, job expos, and Career Planning Organization templates.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"expandable-block wp-block-gu-expand-content \"><h3 class=\"expand-control\"><a href=\"#\" aria-expanded=\"false\" data-toggle=\"collapse\"><span class=\"fa fa-chevron-up\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"fa fa-chevron-down\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span>Office of Student Employment<\/a><\/h3><div class=\"expand-content collapse\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/seo.georgetown.edu\/\">Office of Student Employment<\/a> helps students find job opportunities at research centers across campus. CCT students hold positions across a wide range of departments at Georgetown.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"expandable-block wp-block-gu-expand-content \"><h3 class=\"expand-control\"><a href=\"#\" aria-expanded=\"false\" data-toggle=\"collapse\"><span class=\"fa fa-chevron-up\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"fa fa-chevron-down\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span>CCT Job Blast<\/a><\/h3><div class=\"expand-content collapse\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each week, the CCT Communications Assistant curates an extensive list of jobs and internships.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"expandable-block wp-block-gu-expand-content \"><h3 class=\"expand-control\"><a href=\"#\" aria-expanded=\"false\" data-toggle=\"collapse\"><span class=\"fa fa-chevron-up\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"fa fa-chevron-down\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span>Submitting to Gnovis<\/a><\/h3><div class=\"expand-content collapse\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CCT has a student-run peer-reviewed academic journal and blog that regularly published student work. The maker Hub also hosts  various events and workshops that students can attend. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"expandable-block wp-block-gu-expand-content \"><h3 class=\"expand-control\"><a href=\"#\" aria-expanded=\"false\" data-toggle=\"collapse\"><span class=\"fa fa-chevron-up\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"fa fa-chevron-down\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span>Georgetown Entrepreneurship Pitch Competitions<\/a><\/h3><div class=\"expand-content collapse\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Students can enter <a href=\"https:\/\/eship.georgetown.edu\/\">Georgetown Entrepreneurship<\/a> pitch competitions for the chacnce to find funding for their projects.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"expandable-block wp-block-gu-expand-content \"><h3 class=\"expand-control\"><a href=\"#\" aria-expanded=\"false\" data-toggle=\"collapse\"><span class=\"fa fa-chevron-up\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"fa fa-chevron-down\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span>GradGov<\/a><\/h3><div class=\"expand-content collapse\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Students can get involved with <a href=\"https:\/\/gradgov.georgetown.edu\/\">Georgetown GradGov<\/a> which hosts events and provides opportunities and resources for students to gain unique employment opportunities and career development.
