Management

The Management major is an interdisciplinary major grounded in the organizational, social, and behavioral sciences. The major’s goals are to help students develop the interpersonal, analytical, and diagnostic skills necessary to succeed in a wide variety of industries. The Management major also helps students to lead effectively in increasingly diverse organizations; think creatively, act entrepreneurially, and innovate effectively; develop skills in managing human and social capital; and communicate effectively. The Management major prepares students for a wide range of job opportunities in management consulting firms, innovative corporations, entrepreneurial ventures and non-profits.
