Fore real-time support in any classroom, please call us at 202-687-0131 during CETS Operating Hours

If your concern is an infratructure issue managed by GU Facilities, we can notify Facilities by phone and also, open a Service Ticket on their system. But we cannot guarantee any partiocular response time from GU Facilities.

if your concern is a network or server issue managed by University Information Services, we can notify UIS by phone and.or open a FreshService Ticket for one of the UIS Departments. But we cannot guarantee any particular response time by UIS.
