Semester Ad-hoc Requests

Following the Add/Drop period in any semester (10-11 days starting at the first day of classes for that term), patrons may use the EMS application to find and request multiple dates of classroom use, up to the last day of Study Days for that Academic Term.

All Ad-Hoc Classroom Reservations expire at the start of the Final Exam Period. During that Exam Period, only final exams scheduled for semester classes (and a limited number of professor-requesated review sessions) may be schedule in the classrooms.

If your proposed use is not an exam or class reivew session, it cannot be scheduled in the classrooms during the Final Exam Period. Instead, please use a space of Georgetown Event Management Services or Student Centers.
