Summer Classroom Requests
CETS is committed to supporting all classes and programs using Hilltop General Purpose Classrooms during the Summer period (defined as the Monday following Commencement Weekend until the last day of the Second Summer Session).
- CETS will support all credit-bearing Summer classes with the same technology and infrastructure support provided to Semester classes during the Fall and Spring Terms. If the class conveys undergraduate or graduate credit to student upon completion, then there is no charge for CETS support.
- All other programs using Hilltop General Purpose Classrooms over the Summer period must pay Classroom Rental Fees, according to the duration of each daily use, and the size of the classroom used. CETS may require these programs to submit GMS Work Tags before classroom usage is approved.
- Merely calling the classroom session a “class” or calling the attendees “students” does not change this policy. If no graduate or undergraduate course credit is earned by program attendees, then the program must pay classroom rental fees to use Hilltop classrooms.
