Patrons may request usage of &#8220;Super-large&#8221; Zoom meetings rooms from University Information Services, and thereby reach hundreds of discrete remote participants via Zoom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Where streaming in another format is desired: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the patron usually has to establish its own account with the streaming service, and then <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The patron provides to CETS a latop logged into that streaming account to CETS at the venue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Event Services will connect camera video and microphone audio to that laptop (usually through USB connections). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>And the patron would set any other streaming parameters and would launch the streaming session at the appropriate time.*<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If non-Zoom streaming of a live on-campus event is desired, patrons should <strong><em>Contact CETS<\/em><\/strong> to consult ahead of time.
