The data are available to any registered user who has accepted the terms of use. Once you have been registered, you will be sent a follow up email with details of how to access the corpora.

Terms of Use:

CorMs, its data, and its websites are available for free use for research purposes. CorMS is available under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) License. This means you are free to use and reuse the corpora for non-commercial purposes, but that you must cite the original corpora and any derivative versions of the corpora you develop and wish to share with others must be distributed using the same license.
