The Student Employment Office (SEO) at Georgetown University oversees all aspects of hourly hiring of student employees.
Through employment, students gain a substantive experience outside of the classroom that serves to further the university’s mission to expand the intellectual openness of its students. Students can access our resources for finding on- and off-campus employment, including federal work study jobs. We aid in the hiring process and place students in the GMS job management system.
We also provide support to departments in hiring students by offering guidelines for ensuring they provide an excellent professional experience for their students.
