About Us

The Student Employment Office is dedicated to fostering the process that Georgetown University students use to attain part-time hourly employment both on-campus and in the greater Georgetown community. We focus on maintaining a jobs board, HoyaWorks, locating off-campus Federal Work Study based opportunities, handling various HR related issues for students, and aiding students in transferring skills from their part-time positions to their future careers.

One of our main missions is expanding the opportunities that students have to apply for opportunities they qualify for. We use HoyaWorks, to advertise positions that are with on-campus departments, through our off-campus Federal Work Study Program, and positions located within the Georgetown Community.
