Revenue Generating Agreements

Agreements (i.e. service agreements, sponsorships, revenue sharing arrangements, collaborations, and memorandums of understanding (MOU) that generate revenue for the University) must be reviewed by the appropriate University Departments. Please see Revenue Generating Agreement Policy – FA 157 and note that a complete Revenue Generating Agreement Transmittal Form (including GMS Worktags and CFO/CBO approval signature) must accompany the agreement when submitted.

Revenue Generating Agreements involving entities or activities abroad should be routed through the  Entities and Presence Policy Transmittal Form.
