[Bug Fix] New Highlight blocks show descriptions again: Thank you MSB for catching this issue! Descriptions in Highlight blocks should now be showing. This applies to all existing blocks (including ones made while the bug was active) and all new blocks.
[Tech Debt] Turned off comments in our NextGen codebase: We started receiving a lot of spam comments across multiple sites at the start of December, resulting in the need to turn off comments across all of our sites.
