Georgetown’s digital presence relies on the creativity and dedication of our content editors. To continue improving our websites and supporting your work, we want to hear directly from you. Whether you manage a department page, update event listings, or oversee an entire site, your insights are invaluable.
We’re launching a quick survey to gather feedback from content editors across the university. This is your opportunity to help shape future resources, workshops, and content strategies.
What We’d Love to Know

- What areas of web content management would you like to learn more about? (e.g., accessibility, SEO, content strategy, design improvements)
- Would you prefer written guides, video tutorials, or live workshops?
- Challenges You Face
- What are the most difficult parts of managing content? (e.g., keeping content updated, using WordPress tools, aligning with university branding)
- Are there technical hurdles or design limitations that slow you down?
- How You Work
- Are you the sole editor for your site, or do you work with a team?
- How much time do you spend on website maintenance each week?
- What tools or resources do you rely on most?
Why Your Feedback Matters
Your responses will directly inform our content strategy and support offerings. We’ll use the results to create new resources, host targeted workshops, and improve the overall WordPress experience at Georgetown.
We ask that you please complete our Web Services Annual Satisfaction Survey by 5 p.m. on Friday, May 30. The survey should take less than ten minutes to complete, and your answers will remain anonymous. Your email address will not be recorded.

WordPress and Accessibility Office Hours
We will continue to hold both Web Accessibility and WordPress office hours every Tuesday afternoon over Zoom throughout the year.
WordPress office hours appointments are every Tuesday, 2:30–3:30 p.m. via Zoom. You can sign up for an appointment slot (for any future office hours date!) here. Please note that we are unable to accommodate unscheduled appointments. If you are currently experiencing an issue outside of office hours, or wish to submit a feature request, please use this form to capture that information.
Web Accessibility office hours are every Tuesday, 2:00–3:00 p.m. via Zoom. You can talk through accessibility-related questions with Kevin Andrews, Electronic and Information Technology Accessibility Coordinator. Please schedule a web accessibility office hours appointment here.
