Promo with Video

The Promo with Video block works best on landing and homepages. To add the Promo with Video block, click the “+” symbol and search for “Promo with Video”. Then, select the Promo with Video block icon.

The block editor for the Promo with Video block has fields for a headline, a short description, a link, an image, and a YouTube video URL.

Editing a Promo with Video block

First, add your headline, description, and link to the block. To add text to the block, simply click into the appropriate field and begin typing.

Next, upload an image or select an existing one from the media library. The image will serve as the cover for the video.

Lastly, add the video’s URL in the YouTube Video URL field.

Additional Block Settings

In the block toolbar, you’ll find an option to change the alignment of the image to the right or left of the text.
